Return and Refund Policy

At GN Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect all products before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

Due to the nature of ethnic apparel and international shipping, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both customers and our business.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@gnenterprises.net
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

 

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item received is defective
  • The item received is incorrect (wrong product)

 

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or fit preferences
  • Color variation due to screen differences
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

 

Return Request Process

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests must be emailed to support@gnenterprises.net
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided for verification

 

Once approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

 

Return Shipping

  • For approved returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, return instructions will be provided
  • Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item for return
  • Return shipping timelines and methods will be communicated on a case-by-case basis

 

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

 

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, customers may request a return and place a new order separately.

 

Customs, Duties & Non-Delivery

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by customs clearance
  • If a shipment is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, the order will not be eligible for a refund
